A note from Gary T. King, owner of G Rides Inc.
I was Born in Oakland, CA and raised in Rochester, NY. I've always loved cars and pretty much all things with a motor. My Grandfather owned an Electrical Control Panel Business, Panzel, Inc., which was well know in it's industry for doing the best work for clients such as Delphi/Rochester Products, Kodak, Bausch & Lomb and others. There I spent lots of time learning electrical, mechanical skills and ethics, my Grandfather was a very honest, knowledgeable, hard working man and he worked to instill those virtues into me. I also grew up riding and racing dirt bikes till I was old enough to have a license to drive, then it was pretty much just cars for me. Tricking them out, taking them to car shows, autocrosses and trackdays.
I worked as a mechanic while going to college, receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the Nazareth School of Management in Rochester, NY. Upon completion, I pursued my life long dream of having my own shop in California. Visiting family in California while living in NY, I always loved San Luis Obispo and that's why I'm here. Starting the business on 5/25/04 and now having the shop here is a dream come true for me. I'm simply blessed and so grateful to all my customers, friends and family who help and support me especially my Mom and God. I couldn't do this without all the great people in my life.

| Shop area equipped with a top of the line, Rotary SPOA10-RA Lift, which features telescoping rubber coated adapters and a 10,000 LB lifting capacity. Which means, we can lift either a lowered Sports Car with no metal-to-metal contact or a large SUV. |

Office area with meeting area. Please notice that the entire G Rides area is open and nothing is really enclosed, well except our bathroom and some cabinets. We wanted to create a clean, comfortable, inviting and open environment. The walls which partition the Lounge and Office areas from the Shop area are only 4 feet tall, we are very open about what we do here because we are honest and proud of our work. |
 Lounge area featuring leather couches, 42" flat panel TV, Sony Playstation, CD/DVD player, hand made coffee table and plenty of car books & magazines to read. We welcome all friends of G Rides to make your selves at home here, whether you're having work done to your Ride or just want to hang out and relax, our casa, su casa. Having our customers enjoy their experience with us is a great priority here at G Rides.
 Here is a picture of a trophy we won at an Auto Cross and some of the wood work which caps the partition walls at G Rides. We built these walls and did the wood work with the same pride and craftsmanship which we put into all the work we do to our customer cars. We want to simply, WOW people with our attention to detail and treat everything as if it were a showpiece.
